Job platform:
* Carry out Heating ventilation and air Conditioning (HVAC) Surveys.
* Prepare heat load calculations
* Carryout preparation of Technical submittals of various materials, equipments etc.,
* Knowledge of software like AutoCAD, MEP & other drafting soft wares
* Carry out detailed design, calculations & drawings.
* Carry out regular design reviews
* Understand the specifications and tender conditions accordingly design.
* Receive, analyze and evaluate quotations suiting our requirements.
* Implement cost effective measures for reducing project cost.
* Preparation & Maintenance of design files and documents.
* Conduct quality survey
* capable of discussing with the clients/ consultants/ other agencies to carry out the design activities
* knowledge about other services like electrical, PHE etc to carryout design co-ordination
