The incumbent shall be primarily responsible for building the Dezign Services (Creative Agency) business by identifying new opportunities in the market, developing relationships with the prospects and also maintaining our existing client relationships.
Create a pipeline of leads and follow up for their conversion.
Meeting with potential clients to discuss their advertising/business communication (2D, 3D multimedia, motion) needs.
Identifying business opportunities and collaborate with the execution team to develop customized offerings to meet the client's brief and budget.
Presenting campaign/brand communication ideas and costings to clients.
Identifying creative/copy improvements by remaining updated on current industry trends and market activities.
Deliver outstanding pitches both in response to briefs and as proactive pitches to clients and agencies.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude and awareness of commercial activity that can be channelled to developing new revenue streams.
Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals.
Effective communication skills including excellent presentation skills.
Experienced sales professional in Creative Design field.
Experience in relationship building skills.
Demonstrate a clear capability of dealing with vendors and clients.
Proven ability to maximise and deliver targeted revenues through account planning and management.
