Work with HR Head and Design Centre Head to develop strategies, targets and plans for all people management processes aligned to business strategy.
Lead execution of HR strategy and plans for Design Centre.
Optimize quality and increase efficiency on HR processes.
Support business needs on staffing, hiring, training, evaluating and taking decisions about talent and teams.
Help the Business Managers formulate long term talent strategy and drive initiatives and processes to achieve its objectives.
Facilitate Succession Planning and Career Planning processes for the BU.
Facilitate Companys Performance Management process.
Support the business teams in understanding and implementation of Goal setting, Performance Feedback and Performance Assessment processes.
Drive Employee Engagement Surveys and facilitate action planning and execution on the basis of survey findings.
Act as Employee Champion.
Coach, counsel and advice employees and managers on issues.
Help business managers to do pro-active planning to attract and retain key talents.
Control and report predefined HR KPIs to local, regional and global levels.
