  1. Process adherence IN ORDER TO achieve business assurance Information Management - Unit : MIS Reporting IN ORDER TO provide decision support data to senior Management Revenue At Risk (RAR)
  2. (Applicable to HBU on a need basis) - U nit : Track and report RAR status to all stakeholders, coordinate calls with account stakeholders, interface with Corporate Finance and Corporate Planning for reconciliation IN ORDER TO monitor RAR for the Unit Accounts Receivable (AR)
  3. (Not applicable to HBU) - Unit : Negotiate and finalize AR commitment targets with account stakeholders, monitor actual collections vs. the commitment for the Unit, provide unit level collection visibility to UPAM, Minimize write offs by working with the account stakeholde rs, analyze AR trends to prepare recommendations for future IN ORDER TO achieve AR management Account Risk Assessment
  4. (Not applicable to HBU) - Unit : Document process and technology non-compliance vis-a-vis signed off contract. Maintain non-compliance re pository IN ORDER TO prepare for risk review of accounts. Track, follow up and assist in resolution of non compliance, update the obligation repository IN ORDER TO monitor the contractual commitments Contracts Review
  5. (Applicable to HBU on a need basis) - Unit : Document non-compliance of contracts vis-a-vis checklist. Maintain the contractual obligations repository IN ORDER prepare for risk review of the contracts
  6. Account Reviews - Unit : Gather the financial, contractual, and operational information for the account IN ORDER TO create the operational data review template for the review Pipeline / opportunity reviews
